My wifes 2011 Sonata Limited 2.4L recently is cranking over literally 5 seconds before it starts. It used to always start in 1 second or so and started as it should always. I've heard her start it up the last couple mornings at 60 degrees F and it sits and cranks the starter over and over and over ...So I have to remove the key, wait some time and try again. Usually, it can take 3-4 times (and up to 15 minutes!) before the key-symbol light comes up again in the dash, and then the engine will start as if nothing ever happened.
