This is a hidden southern cuisine gem. I have lived in Memphis on and off for decades and never knew this place existed. The "young lady" at the counter stated she's been there for 40 years! They have basic southern food. From chitterlings to mac and cheese, fresh food is served daily until about 6pm. Place the chitterlings in a large bowl and cover them with cold water. 3.
